Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of NeoEduSuite. We've kept them clear and fair — your data is yours, with no lock-in.
1.Service Description
NeoEduSuite is a software-as-a-service school management platform comprising 43+ modules across four role portals, provided by CyberShield Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
2.Account and Access
Each institution operates as an isolated tenant. The institution's administrators are responsible for managing user accounts and access within their tenant.
3.Subscription and Payment
Plans are billed monthly or annually and are inclusive of applicable GST. We provide at least 30 days notice of any price change. Annual plans are billed in advance.
4.Data Ownership
Your school owns all of its data at all times. You may export your data at any point, and data is deleted following the export window on cancellation.
5.Acceptable Use
The service is for use by educational institutions only. Reselling the service, or using it for unlawful or malicious purposes, is prohibited.
6.Service Level Agreement
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. Service credits apply if we fall short:
- Below 99.9% — 5% credit.
- Below 99.0% — 15% credit.
- Below 95.0% — 30% credit.
7.Termination
You may cancel with 30 days notice. After termination, a 30-day data export window is provided before deletion.
8.Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
9.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in India.
